Are you hesitant to order German books because you’re not sure if they’ll be the right fit for your child? Perhaps you’re concerned that a CD or DVD will be too advanced. We understand the risk you take when ordering German books, music and DVDs. It can be challenging to find items that are just right for where your child is at linguistically.

Alphabet Garten announces Free Return Shipping

We have the answer for you. We don’t want you to end up with German materials you can’t use. Now you may order Alphabet Garten products without worrying about getting stuck with them if they’re not quite right. You may return any item to us in any condition within 90 days of your order. This includes books, DVDs, CDs, and DVD players, even if you’ve listened, watched, or read them and even if they’re no longer new. No questions asked!

Are we crazy? Nope – we just want to make sure you feel confident when you order that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We feel that strongly about our products. We stand behind them 100%!

Restrictions

There are a few restrictions: only items that you’ve ordered from our inventory are eligible for free return shipping. Special order items cannot be returned. We regret that we cannot offer free return shipping on international orders, although the 90 day, no questions asked return policy still applies.

How to request a return

If you have an item that you would like to return, please send an e-mail to service@alphabet-garten.com. Please include:

• your name
• the title(s) of the item you are returning
• your order number if you know it
• whether you’d like a refund or exchange

We will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please package your return well, include a copy of your return request and affix the label to your package. Then schedule a free pickup with the Postal Service or drop the package off at any Post Office. We’ll notify you once your return has been received and your refund or exchanged processed. It usually takes us about a week to process returns.
