We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you would like to return a book or other item, please contact us and we will provide your choice of a store credit or refund.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except where the product is defective. Please send your returns via US Media Mail.

DVD Return Policy
You may return DVDs purchased from Alphabet Garten for any reason. However, if the DVD is not defective, a 15% handling fee will be charged as we cannot sell previously opened DVDs as new merchandise.
